Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and what choices customers have. It applies to this store and to every interaction with it. By using the store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

Information we collect. We collect information in three broad categories. First, information you provide directly: name, delivery address, email address, phone number where provided, order details, correspondence sent through the Contact page, and any information included in a return request. Second, information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and interactions such as clicks and cart activity. Third, information from service providers: payment confirmation and fraud-screening results from payment processors, and tracking and delivery status from carriers. We do not collect payment card numbers directly; card details are entered on the payment processor’s systems and are not stored by us.

Why we collect it. We use information to process and fulfill orders, to arrange shipping and delivery, to handle returns and refunds, to respond to inquiries through the Contact page, to detect and prevent fraud, to maintain security, to comply with legal and tax obligations, to measure and improve store performance and product selection, and to send marketing communications where the customer has opted in or where permitted by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal bases. Where required, we rely on the following legal bases for processing: performance of a contract (processing orders, shipping, returns), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, service improvement, and direct marketing to existing customers where permitted), consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies where consent is required), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and regulatory records). Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the cart and session functioning, to remember preferences, to measure traffic and conversion, and to support advertising where permitted. Essential cookies are necessary for the store to work and cannot be switched off through the store’s consent tools. Non-essential cookies are used only where consent is required and given, or where permitted by applicable law. Customers can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, through the store’s consent preferences. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working. We do not use cookies to collect payment card details.

Sharing with service providers. We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf: payment processors for transaction authorization and fraud screening, carriers for delivery and tracking, warehousing and fulfillment partners for picking and packing, email and support platforms for communications, analytics providers for traffic measurement, and professional advisers where necessary. These providers receive only the information needed for their function and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it. We do not authorize them to use personal information for their own purposes.

International transfers. Orders may be fulfilled and supported using systems located in different countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection, including contractual safeguards with service providers where required. By using the store, customers understand that their information may be processed in a country other than their own, subject to those safeguards.

Retention. We retain order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, including legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Marketing contact information is retained until the customer unsubscribes or objects. Support correspondence is retained for a reasonable period to allow continuity of service and to resolve follow-up questions. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with internal retention practices.

Security. We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and limited retention. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information in proportion to its sensitivity and to notify affected individuals and authorities where required by law in the event of a breach.

Customer rights. Depending on location, customers may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of their personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests can be made through the Contact page. We will verify identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against customers who exercise privacy rights.

Children. The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information should contact us through the Contact page.

Marketing communications. Customers may receive marketing emails where they have opted in or where permitted by law for existing customers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and refund notices, which are necessary to fulfill the order. Customers can also contact us through the Contact page to update communication preferences.

Third-party links. The store may link to third-party sites or services. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Customers should review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time of an order governs that order. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Questions about this policy should be directed to the Contact page, which is the single channel for all privacy inquiries.
